Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier’s website. If you don’t receive a tracking number, please contact us at support@luminousstrands.com.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package shows as "Delivered" but you haven’t received it, please:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
At Luminous Strands, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your product, provided the following conditions are met:

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and shipping instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Once we receive your return and inspect the product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
✔ If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
