Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

3. International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping will be available soon. Stay tuned for updates!

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier’s website. If you don’t receive a tracking number, please contact us at support@luminousstrands.com.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package shows as "Delivered" but you haven’t received it, please:

  • ✔ Check with neighbors or household members.
  • ✔ Contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
  • ✔ If necessary, file a claim with the carrier.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

7. Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

8. Returns & Refunds Eligibility

At Luminous Strands, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your product, provided the following conditions are met:
✔ The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
✔ The product must be in the same condition as received.
✔ Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

9. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:
✖ Used or opened products.
✖ Items purchased on final sale or clearance.
✖ Digital products or gift cards.

10. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support at support@luminousstrands.com with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and shipping instructions.

11. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

12. Refund Process

Once we receive your return and inspect the product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
✔ If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.
✔ If rejected, we will notify you with the reason.

13. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

14. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

2️⃣ Contact your credit card company (it may take time for refunds to be processed).
